A chef who has worked in high-end restaurants is to launch a new menu at a popular pub. Adrian Ioan with his business Tesa has taken over the kitchens at Henighans EAT & DRINK in Breightmet. Service will start on June 1 after a search for the business to run the food side came up with the right result. Adrian has been a chef for almost  20 years,  starting off in his home country Romania, and across the UK. He has worked in a range of roles, all the way up to head chef, working at high quality restaurant Brasserie Blanc – with the menu devised by celebrity chef Raymond Blanc.
